I see you use tamiya paint also; great product, have had issues using another brand spray. do you use the airless compressor/ gun much. bought one while back for a couple of important projects haven't got that far yet. work bench looks amazingly organized; how does the tamiya super thin glue with brush seem to work ? have seen it in hobby shops just Leary of the brush VS squirt bottles with needle point. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I am just getting into modeling so I haven't used the air brush much but it does work really nice and easy to clean! I've been using the Tamiya paints mainly because they make for faster clean up, LOL! I am in the process of building an indoor spray booth in my basement! It is a large plastic bin with a bathroom exhaust fan attached to a 4" dryer hose that vents outside. Once I get it finished up, I'm gonna start air brushing! I have a few Mack models as well as a few 71 Mustangs and a couple air planes! More projects than I have time for, that's for sure! The super thin glue is great but you have to hold the piece in place for about 30 seconds until it grabs. Otherwise...perfect! Vladislav Posted August 29 Share Posted August 29 I used to use Tamiya water-based paint but dissloved it with alcohol for airbrush condition.
