I dont remeber, however, why do you need one?  it is a mechanical engine with 3 sensors..  oil/temp/timing...  (assuming you have the electric governor on the injection pump) what issue are you trying to fix?

I have a 1995 CL613 with a E7 454 in it, VMac1..... I have a NEXIQ Pro-Link Plus scanner, can anyone tell me what cartridge number I need for this engine?

Are you sure it's Vmac1? I was under the understanding that by 95 everything was Vmac2...maybe you have a late 94 build?

At any rate, I use these 2.s-l1200(1).thumb.jpg.be70040d8a1d55254df75e4c9e863e00.jpgs-l1200(2).jpg.a373e7d89a0b0671655df485fc87c70c.jpg

One way to check V-Mac 1+2 is... If you shut the engine off and it shuts off immediatley, its V-Mac 1... A 5 second delay, V-Mac 2... There are other ways

Hello, sorry it took me so long to get back to you, the issue is when you go  to start the truck, it will not start unless you give it some foot throttle, when it starts and idles it sounds like the jake is on with 2 cylinders, it knocks so bad you swear the engine is coming apart, if you raise the throttle up just a bit is quits making the noise, ive unplugged the wires going to jakes and it still goes the same thing. If you shut it off it  seems like it gets no fuel because it is hard to start, seems like fuel rack is sticking

when it starts making noise the eclectic malfunction light comes on, when you give it throttle light goes out and it quits knocking

the truck is a VMac 1

thanks

Darrell
