Just my two cents but u really don’t need this on your engine, back in the day every one disconnected them or put an air switch in the cab to shut them off, just take it easy on the fuel pedal and u won’t roll any black coal, once u have boost then u can put the fuel to it…

Naw long as the compression is good it will be fine just a little to alot of black smoke till the turbo spools up!

Yes I do notice that the exhaust is clean after the turbo spools up and the engine produces very little smoke if i ease the the power on instead of just flooring it.

I just did some Googling and quickly found this

Pretty sure it is what your chasing

https://www.woodlineparts.com/en-au/products/pai-eac-3964-mack-31qc212-rack-limiting-air-cylinder-e6-ambac

If it isn't, I'll chase something up locally

There doesnt appear yo be any shims on it at the moment but that doesnt mean a new one wont need to be shimed.I did see how to work out the shims needed but I forget..do you or anyone else know? Thanks

Correct doubt if you can buy shims so if you can find a 9/16 flat washer slightly thicker than what is stamped on the pump you will likely be happy with your out come !
