We don't require our children to grow up and take citizen test before they are protected by the rights in the constitution.

No matter what, we consider the child an innocent, and receives the full protection of the constitution.

Regardless of the child having citizenship, it doesn't give that to the parents, if they were not already.

In our society, you are born a clean slate, not burden with the sins of your parents.

Our constitution put into writing that fact. Took it from subjective to a clear,"you are born here, you are a citizen" which applies as much to me as someone else. When I pop out onto US soil I am a citizen.

The ridiculous argument trying to evade the 14th is that the child is somehow not  subject to US law, but can be deported under the same US law?

The only foreigners not subject to US laws while here are "invited guests" of the state, Diplomats, their staff and foreign military personnel invited in for training. These people can not be held on most if not all US laws, military are dealt with in the military justus system and Diplomats can be expelled but not prosecuted. Children of these people born here are not US citizens, as they are not subject to US law. That is how the 14th is written.

Only Native Americans can claim their lineage weren't subjects of other countries, the rest of us came from somewhere else.   

Seems you're quite versed on the fourteenth ammendment.  So I'm sure you're aware it was from back around 150 years ago. I believe based on citizenship of children of slaves.  Truth is it all should have been revisited back in the begining of the 20th century.  I guess all that's left for me to say is I can only wish someone was a passionate about my birthrights I've seen go away since I was born.  I'm a citizen, least according to my 1040 and every other tax I'm obligated to pay. Can't go to work and drive my truck without a seatbelt..... but who cares. Can't chose what lightbulb to put in my house, but hey.....I'm a citezen      with rights . It's for the greater good ...right ?   There's a lot of people have a hard time hearing about all these "rights" afforded to everyone else coming and trampling all over the lives we've all paid into and watch all the freebees handed out by those who never lived in the reality of most of our worlds.  Little other part of history. When Jefferson Davis ran for cover after all this 14th ammendment and all, he did it in a dress. Now ?  the nonsense that needed to be addressed a long time ago and is now    there are guys in dresses run'n for cover.   Let's see how it all plays out and respectfully disagree for now.

President Trump's chief of staff, Suzie Wiles, is being a prick towards Elon Musk simply because his style is incorrect according to her way of thinking. Now, she refuses to provide Elon with an office in the West Wing.

President Trump on Friday fired the inspectors general at 17 agencies for failing to do their job.

The agencies include the departments of defense, state, transportation, veterans affairs, housing and urban development, interior, and energy.

Department of Justice inspector general Michael Horowitz was spared.

The Democrat-run Washington Post is whining the firings "appeared to violate federal law, which requires congress to receive 30 days notice of any intent to fire the inspectors general."

The Karen Bass regime was telling homeowners they had to wait 18 months to rebuild. She wanted a long drawn out haz-mat show.

President Trump said these people want to rent a dumpster and start tonight. He easily embarrassed her, forcing her to say the homeowners could start cleaning up their properties immediately and begin reconstruction.

Had the President not gone to LA, those homeowners would be suffering thru 18 months of California bureaucracy.

The man was impeached twice, he was convicted on 34 felony counts and the American people still said he's closer to normal than what we see on the left.

Why? Because when you talk about the transgender community, for example, and you're talking about issues that pertain to less than one percent of the population, the Democratic party came across as if that was more of a priority than other issues.

So when he shows up on week one on Capitol Hill, he says "this is what we're going to do through an executive order" even though it's going to be shot down through the courts.

But he's saying "I kept my promise". Then you turn around and look at the left and you say "What promises did you keep?

What voter out there can look at the Democratic party and say "There's a voice for us, somebody who speaks for us, that goes up on Capitol Hill and fights the fights that we want them fighting on our behalf?".

They didn't do that and that's why their behinds are home, and that man is back in the White House. He's doing what he said he was going to do. He promised you he was going to do these things and he walked into office and that's exactly what he's doing.
