In Germany, the Turkish immigrants are doing the many jobs that Germans no longer want to do.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta says “The President is attempting to intimidate and bully state and local law enforcement into carrying out his mass deportation agenda for him".

Apparently, and surprisingly, he doesn't understand the concept of federal law.

The ability to post selfies has influenced a lot of criminals to be emboldened, and easily recruit new blood. They come here during Biden because they knew that the laws were soft.  These are the dirt bags that need to go.. it is obvious to say it, but if you go on X you wouldnt beleive how many people say its wrong and racist, and Trump and his supporters are bad people, and so on.. They obviously live in nice neighborhoods.. :)

Geez, you just can't make this stuff up.................

TV station ABC7 Chicago is broadcasting to illegal aliens on how to avoid being taken into custody by ICE.

Trump should have the FCC cancel their broadcasting license, and have management and that news anchor arrested for treason. The arrogance of illegal aliens in the US. is really something.

We need to come down hard so they realize the criminal immigration show has completely changed and they will face the harshest consequences. The US must now be known for "zero tolerance".

Take this illegal rapist.....I would with him send the ultimate message.

Crazy stuff.. The Illegals have been in our news a bit more lately.  Not as bad as the..  well,, you know who.. gotta be careful here.  Anyway im 45 minutes north of Charlotte and south of Greensboro or Winston Salem, also 30 more from Wadesboro..

Watching local news now, 3 deadly shootings in Charlotte, in 24 hours and another woman was the shooter.. Many woman are shooting lately.

Trump was absolutely brilliant in his Davos speech. His ability to send multiple messages is superb.

If the Saudi's lower Brent, Russia will be forced to end the war and Saudi Inc. gets mega stature points.

And lowering Brent allows Fed chairman Powell to resume lowering interest rates and at a faster pace.

U.S. District Federal Judge John Coughenour on Thursday temporarily blocked President Trump’s executive order correcting the understanding of birthright citizenship, calling it “blatantly unconstitutional”.

Coughenour repeatedly, rudely and unprofessionally interrupted a Justice Department lawyer during arguments to ask how he could consider the order constitutional. When the attorney, Brett Shumate, said he’d like a chance to explain it in a full briefing, Coughenour told him the hearing was his chance.

The temporary restraining order sought by Arizona, Illinois, Oregon and Washington was the first to get a hearing before a judge and applies nationally.

The case is one of five lawsuits being brought by 22 states.

Coughenour, a Ronald Reagan appointee, began the hearing by grilling the administration’s attorneys, saying the order “boggles the mind.”

No Judge Coughenour, what boggles the mind is your inability to grasp that children born to illegal aliens who shouldn't be on U.S. soil to begin with inherently have no right to citizenship. We don't reward foreigners for criminally entering the U.S. with child citizenship.

Democratic slogan (in video): "I'll tell you what's fair and what's not".

Judge Coughenour acted alike Dean Vernon Wormer saying "I think we've heard enough, Mr. Chairman".

No, you want to ignore the constitution because your man disagrees with it.

If you want to end it then do it right, via the constitution amendment process.

We don't have kings the can rule by fete, both sides need to learn this lesson.

You can't have it both ways, the "illegals" are subject to US law and can be evicted but are not covered by the constitution that says anyone born to people subject to US law is a citizen.

So children of Diplomats  or their staff are not US citizens, regardless of being born here, they are citizens of their own country.

All others are subject to US law, and if they are born in the US are citizens.

If i break a law in another country i pay their price under their law.. if my wife and i visit Italy and she has our baby, our Baby is NOT Italian...  So what is your point?  Illegal entry is illegal... Give them a chance to right the wrong, and those that are scum have to go away...

My point is birthright citizenship is a right conferred by the constitution, if you want to end it, you have to do so through amending the constitution.

Our constitution is not something that you obey when it is convenient and ignore when you don't like what it says.

As you point out, if you are in another country you are subject to their laws, that is precisely what the 14th amendment says. IF you are subject to US law and born in this country, you are a citizen. It conveys citizenship to the child born here not the parents.

Fair enough,   I dont beleive this about evacuating every illegal alien. It is about securing our country, and fixing immigration so that we can have people that want to be here, be here.. i am in know way as good a study of these amendments as you are, nor am I a hater.. my grandparents are from italy and came here between 1890-1905. They had to be accepted and work to stay here...  I have an opinion.  Times have changed and the internet has f'd things up in some respects because fake news seems to prevail... America will always need immigrants,  legal immigrants..

But for birthright citizenship, very few of us would be citizens today, most of our ancestors came from somewhere else. I know my mothers family came around the turn of the last century, but both her and her sister were born here and US citizens.

Get the parents to take the oath, get them on the books and voila,  U.S. Citizen's..   then they can rest easy, and enjoy the fruits of our great nation

As I said both sides need to respect the constitution, otherwise we end up snapping from one extreme to the other. The right always brings up the 2nd amendment when firearms are talked about, the left in this case it is the 14th.

You can't argue that the founding fathers (the 14th was after the civil war) didn't know about immigration but by the same hand could foresee all the new firearms!

Constitutions are rigid for a reason, hard to change without bringing the country together to decide. As I said, both side of the isle need to learn this lesson.

Most came and took 12-17 or more years to become naturalized, in the mean time worked and started a family, those children were citizens via birthright, even if their parents remained resident aliens.

I know plenty, some in my extended family, that never became citizens, they were resident aliens, held a "green card" paid taxes etc, just couldn't vote.

You can't become a citizen the moment you are allowed into the country, it can take years, for the process to work though. It is 100% legal to be a resident alien.

Those who are permanent aliens, are not prevented from having kids until they are citizens!  Children of these people are citizens if they are born here.
