President Trump is criticizing 'highly politicized' judges that are stopping the work of DOGE.

On Monday alone, five different federal judges ordered halts on Trump actions including his birthright citizenship directive, NIH funding slashes, the federal grants freeze and also his firing of the government's main ethics chief.

"Billions of Dollars of FRAUD, WASTE, AND ABUSE, has already been found in the investigation of our incompetently run government. Now, certain activists and highly political judges want us to slow down, or stop us. Losing this momentum will be very detrimental to finding the TRUTH, which is turning out to be a disaster for those involved in running our government. Much left to find. No Excuses!

Pocahontas today urged Jerome Powell to cut rates at the Fed's next policy meeting in March.

Jay Powell replied: "With our policy stance now significantly less restrictive than it had been and the economy remaining strong, we do not need to be in a hurry to adjust our policy stance."

President Trump's Department of Homeland Security has fired the officials and agents in charge of finances at FEMA.

FEMA's Chief Financial Officer Mary Comans lost her job because FEMA issued $59 million last week to luxury hotels in New York City to house illegal aliens.

Three others involved in the disbursement of the funds also lost their jobs. Comans and her FEMA team controlled billions in funding.

"Effective immediately, FEMA is terminating the employment of four individuals for circumventing leadership to unilaterally make egregious payments for luxury NYC hotels for migrants. Firings include FEMA's Chief Financial Officer, two program analysts and a grant specialist. Under President Trump and Secretary Noem's leadership, DHS will not sit idly and allow deep state activists to undermine the will and safety of the American people."

On Sunday, Vice President JD Vance criticized judges for issuing rulings over the weekend to halt Trump's executive orders and actions.

'If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal.'

JD Vance

'The day you're not allowed to look for theft and fraud etcetera, then we don't have much of a country. No judge should be allowed to make that kind of decision, it's a disgrace.'

President Trump

'Where the Executive has sole and plenary power under the Constitution--as in commanding military operations or exercising prosecutorial discretion--judges cannot constitutionally interfere,' Yale Law School constitutional law scholar Jed Rubenfeld wrote. 'JD is correct.'

Democrats continue to scream as DOGE scrutinizes the federal government.

On Monday alone, five different federal judges ordered halts on Trump actions including his birthright citizenship directive, NIH funding slashes, the federal grants freeze and also his firing of the government's main ethics chief.

A federal judge temporarily restricted DOGE's access to the Treasury Department's payment and data systems early Saturday morning, ordering the department to 'destroy any and all copies of material downloaded from the Treasury Department's records and systems.'

On Friday, a federal judge in Washington also ordered a pause on Trump's efforts to put 2,2000 USAID employees on leave.

Trump's attempted freeze of federal grants was also halted by a judge on January 31.

“Our Service Academies have been infiltrated by Woke Leftist Ideologues over the last four years. I have ordered the immediate dismissal of the Board of Visitors for the Army, Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard Academies. We will have the strongest military in history, and that begins by appointing new individuals to these boards. We must make the military academies great again!”

You are asking a lot from a man who has declared bankruptcy 4 times.

Another wise more:

Under orders from Donald Trump, billions of gallons of irrigation water were laid waste in California’s thirsty agricultural hub this month, a move that left water experts shocked and local officials scrambling.

The water, stored in two reservoirs operated by the army corps of engineers, is a vital source for many farms and ranches in the state’s sprawling and productive San Joaquin valley during the driest times of the year. It will be especially important in the coming months as the region braces for another brutally hot summer with sparse supplies.

The reservoirs are also among the few the US president can control directly.

Staged to give weight to Trump’s widely debunked claims that flows could have helped Los Angeles during last month’s devastating firestorm and to show that he holds some power over California’s water, he ordered the army corps to flood the channels. Less than an hour of notice was reportedly given to water authorities down-river who rushed to prepare for the unexpected release, which threatened to inundate nearby communities.

The move is just the latest in a series of misinformed attempts Trump has made to wade into California’s water wars, adding new challenges and conflicts over the state’s essential and increasingly scarce water resources. But in what now appears to be just a political stunt, Trump has struck some of his strongest supporters. Many counties across California’s rural Central valley – home to much of its roughly $59bn agricultural industry – backed Trump in the last election, forming a red strip at the heart of the blue state.

“It is almost mind-boggling that this has happened,” said Thomas Holyoke, a professor of political science and water expert at California State University, Fresno, calling the act a “ridiculous blunder”.

Experts, who were left scratching their heads in the aftermath, have found no justification for the order. The reservoirs were not at risk of overflowing and irrigation is not necessary during the wetter winter months. These releases also did not support threatened ecosystems such as those in the Sacramento-San Joaquin delta, where contentious debates continue about flows and diversions.

Some have suggested the flows will help bolster groundwater stores, “but a lot of that water will end up evaporating,” said Holyoke. “It’s just going to be water lost – and they know it.”
