What's Up, Besides All These Drones?

Anybody in the northeast seen any? I've been watching the news, and people are reporting seeing drones all over the Northeast, and now in California too. 

The things are as big as a car they said, but according to the gummint people there's "nothing to worry about", and they're legally flown- even though nobody seems to know what they are doing, who's flying them, where there come from or anything else about them. Rachel Campos Duffy told some politician on tv the other day that all they had to do was follow it back to wherever it landed, and he immediately changed the subject. So they obviously know a lot more than they're saying.

I have a feeling they're up to no good, maybe checking things out for a future terrorist attack. If I was in charge, which I am not, I'd shoot a few of them down and take a close look at the wreckage.

So, on my way to work this morning at 6:15 i saw what i thought was a shooting star.. only one.. then i see this video, and i dont know what to think.. Im not trying to be a whacko here, just telling the truth..  Ok tjc,,,, let me have it..

I saw that video..  he shot a Wal-mart drone with his 9mm..   Great shot..  yeah, he broke a couple laws...  but I am damned proud of him..

One of our armed services should be able to put a "Lobster Trap" type basket on a helicopter and capture one of these drones and inspect it????? Then determine who and where it came from!!!! Then start arresting them instead of a citizen trying to protect himself...

I like it Brocky,,  but, our G-Men are concerned about the N.Y. murder of the health care guy..  that should be a local cop thing, and the Gov. needs to do what you say...

I've started to see them around here but they are spray drones, huge things but I'd like to use one for house work. 

Mike Rowe (Dirty Jobs Guy) shot a drone that was spying on him 10 years ago or so. How are we to know if they are spy drones or heck even a bomb on em

Helicopter could just fly above it and the prop wash should be able to knock it down

I wonder if you are right BOBWhite..  but a report i saw said these drones are realy fast..  I wonder why the gov. cant track the signal that controls them, to the guy in the van, or ship, or apartment, in the same way that they can track us using our phones, or the new cars with tracking ability as we drive around being good little Americans?

they (government) don't need to capture one ; they are the ones putting the drones in the air. have to remember there is an inauguration very soon. they need to have major distractions  and what better way to take out a new (threat) president by todays standards then to have a drone do it. like 9/11 and other disasters; government has to have some one to blame.

7:30 last night two very large helicopters and 20 drones assembled above the 11 acre "big truck" yard. 

boss was freaking out. i told him to point the laser range finder at them, but he was chicken, afraid they would shoot back.

they can be very fast Joey. the old yard had a railroad freight line next to it... i mean 50 foot from the building next to it.  a few years ago i was outside washing the truck when i heard a buzzing noise behind me. as it got louder i was trying to figure out what it was, then around 100 foot above came a drone the size of a large car doing at least 60 mph. that was when i realized the railroad used drones for track inspection.
