Paul, I agree LTL's are the number 1 classic Mack and maybe of all classic trucks.

Brocky, do you remember the Chief below, that Ian Lee, restored etc. The black coloured LTL was Ian's before he bought it from the US?

Thanks for the pictures of the beautiful LTs , Beautiful! I have never seen the tilt hood truck, that is impressive. I have watched videos of a few, There are several with engine changes, E9 is one of my favorites. It would probably never happen especially now that Volvo owns Mack , But if Mack built a remake ( like Ford did the Mustang and Dodge did the Challenger) The LT would be great glider kit with modern suspension, and cab accessories, stick a mid 90s E7 , 60 series, C15 ,,,,, It’s early in the morning,, I’m still dreaming.

we got the same issue here,,,,babba,,,,usually by the time it gets nice enough to go out side,,,my ambition already blew out the door,,,wife and her sister just flew back to boston,,,im gonna see if i can go mess with the transmission a little later

Trucks don't need to be trailer queens to be interesting. I can think of some junkyards that are more interesting than a lot of truck shows

I'd walk right past a row of those big stack, drop visor things to look at this LM

J.C.   i agree with you.  My truck is in great shape, and it was running before i pulled the wires out.  I may try to make a crank handle, since my starter burned up. I also dont have the money or the paint and body skills to make a trailer queen. But mine will be safe on the road.
