have a 2016 mack gu712, with mp7 after replacing alternator belt a year ago , its starting to make noise again determined it was the belt as noise went away with water sprayed onto belt, also have replaced the tensioner and verified no pulley bearing noise, and it seems that this truck has had multiple belts put on over the years for noisy belt , can not visually see anything wrong, has anyone experienced this ?

Hopefully this isn’t it, but I have had belt sounding noises on a Cummings turns out the water pump was shot. The bearing was making all the noises didn’t discover this was the noise until the water pump started leaking and they changed it sound one away good luck, bud.
