Was the frame damaged in any way? We need to know a lot more about what you have... In the center of the axles there are dimples. You and a helper can use a tape measure to do this. Take the outer wheels off and secure the inner wheels, set the truck back in the ground. With the tape measure, use the 1" line, not the end of the tape. Atro makes great kits with all the hardware included. I'm pretty certain PAI offers them too, I know they have the trunnion bushings for sure, ordered some this week.
