Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone has a detailed view on how Mack factory-installed the breathers on the RW cab.

There must be some kind of reinforcement bracket on the inside of the cab. Would really like to know what it looks like originally and where it is bolted (or even welded) to.

On mine they were retro-fitted and unfortunatelly they dind't do such a good job because the small reinforcement bracket they used made the weld seam of the cab, just above where the breather is fitted, burst 😞 

I also noted that there are brackets available in Australia but I'm pretty sure it's a whole different design because the breathers on the australian Superliner do sit a lot higher (see pics attached)
