That's a good set up.. its light duty, but reliable. The 400 is nice, likely an FRO 15-210C. Nothing fancy, but reliable.  If the synchro was replaced recently with updated shift fork snap rings, it will go a long way. I assume an Eaton 390:1 rear end??
