Yessir, I quit years ago and whenever I even think about smoking one now all I have to do is look at the price of a pack.

25 years since i had one. and they were only $2.50 a pack when i quit. 20 cents a pack when i started.

when you are up to your armpits in alligators,

it is hard to remember you only came in to drain the swamp..

There was a little tiny country store about a quarter of a mile from where I grew up, had one gas pump out front. The building is still there. I remember my dad giving me a quarter and sending me over there to get him a pack of Camels when I was about 5 or 6 years old. That wouldn't happen today of course, a pack of Camels for a quarter or a 6 year old buying them 🤣 Screenshot_20250222-082211.thumb.png.91dadda5754361a1df75ffce9c7ffa8d.png

The driveway goes to my brother's house. We were just down there at Christmas and I didn't notice that the old store building was so grown over.

I'd like to see what's inside it now.
