For a 1991 RD688s does the turbo number S3A038 and 631GC5127AM22 sound correct? I'm finding this turbo belongs on a 250hp motor. 

Is there any other turbo you would use on a non turned up e7-350? Please provide part numbers if at all possible. I'm having trouble finding the turbo listed above. It's moderately pushing oil.

Well my E-7 Books start at 1994.. So here is what I have. The note about the part number change is from an E-7 overhaull book, the others are from the tune-up book.  Jojo

There'll be slight differences in some of them, inlet outlet position and connection,manifold mount angle, etc. Some are just supersessions of previous numbers and some will reman numbers.

These guys are in PA, might be worth a call.
