rocker panel. if not from mack, i am sure you can get a good one from a wreck/rollover out of a truck salvage yard.

It really doesn't look that bad. Personally for a work truck, I'd just straighten it out as best as you can and use bondo. Nobody will notice it. unless they take a magnet to it or something
