I remember in the mid 60's while collage a B Model parked at the library loading dock, with a lot of foot traffic around it, hit his air starter. Popular Post tjc transport Posted April 8 Popular Post Share Posted April 8 about 50 years ago i was helping a landscaper friend for a few weeks when his driver was sick. u model tandem tractor with a 237 5 speed and air starter. i pulled into a nursery for a load of plants rite at lunchtime. all the mexicans went on "siesta" 45 minutes later the nursery owner looked out the window and saw them sleeping around the truck and said " i have had it with those guys" (lunch was 30 minutes) he told me to quietly get in the truck and start it up. i have never since that day seen a herd of mexicans move as fast as those guys did!! 2 3 Quote when you are up to your armpits in alligators, it is hard to remember you only came in to drain the swamp..
