Hello all from a newbie in Western Australia.

Bought myself a long hood R700 so I need the right forum to go with it. B)

Welcome to the forum, Basil700, glad to have you aboard. Plenty of info to share here from a wide variety of contributors. The more the merrier, I say!

Welcome Barry. There are quite a few Aussies here so help is not far away. Enjoy. Rod.

Good to see you here, Baz and good to know my endless dribble about Macks finally wore you down. However, I suspect, given your history with Flintstones etc, it wasn't needed!

Looking forward to following the resto of the 700.

Whatever rubs your buddah.

Thankyou all for the warm welcome. Its good to see a couple familiar characters here also Monty and Andy.

There is certainly a wealth of information on this forum so im definatly in the right place.

Next week all being well I will get the old girl home and I can start having a play with a real truck. Certainly a big step ahead from the old Inter 190 thats for sure.

Howdy el Senor Kitto,

Nice to see ya in here! I haven't been in here for a while so I am catching up with all the new stuff!

Knobby, a member who has posted here, lives not far from me - he lives at Walgett and I am in Dubbo so it is a 3 odd hour, maybe 4, drive from Dubbo to Walgett!
