[New BMT Blog Entry] Paul's Tales - Missing Dog

Recommended Posts

So - people are starting to talk, and it

isn't all good.

They want to know why, at the time of the

new President's inauguration, did Other Dog

go missing?

Speculation is rampant.

Are they body doubles? Is he Secret Service?

Or, have they finally caught him and locked him up?

Did he hurt himself working with that hammer?

What's Up?

Does anybody know?

He caught an unexpected load to the left coast of this country after dropping a load south of me near St. Louis. I'm hoping he was able to secure a load for the return trip.

As slow as it has been for you truckers out there, going out of your "normal" operating range is not out of line. A living still has to be earned. Even if you drive a Pete.

Just hope there are ample repair facilities on his journey, otherwise, I might have to go get him. Being the nice guy that I am, I would do that.

Just got off the phone with him. He got loaded in Washington state and is headed to Houston without problems, (damn lucky considering his mount). Says he has taken many photos of his trip and will post them if any interest. Doing really well making good time. Has another load of steel headed for Pennsylvania waiting on him so hopefully he'll get some home time.

Lot of miles covered so far.

Yeah i've talked to him for the last week myself, over 2200 miles one way and still truckin along. he had well over 200 pics he said. Well Rob i guess i'll have to get your number and Paul's to keep in touch with everbody...He'll be back eventually, maybe he will get "Home Sick" soon and show back up

This message was brought to you by Hargraves Potted Meat Product. Chopped full of "Peckers & Lips" since 1933 - John Boy & Billy

I still think he's an Obama body double, and has

had to attend the inauguration festivities for the

big guy!

The truck story is just that - a big story.

No Peterbilt would ever attempt such a journey

without backup mechanical staff and a well

planned schedule between repair stations.

And you can tell him I said that.

Anyway - it's good that he's working.

Things are looking up a little bit here, too.
