Just curious if the old oil pan has a hole that you fill, can't be fixed or has it been ran over by something. Why i'm asking is i've saved a few pans by welding them and they can be straightened if care is taken. These pans are hard to get, if your's can be saved, then do that. A good machine shop can be of help.
